Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to seats for the 10X Growth Engine Challenge ("the Challenge"), a live online session conducted by Keshave Lal on 19 November 2026, 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST.

Seat fee is non-refundable

The seat fee of ₹99 is non-refundable once your payment succeeds. This includes not attending, joining late, or losing internet connection during the session. Session replays are not provided.

If we cancel or postpone

If we cancel the Challenge, you get a full refund. If we postpone it to a new date and you cannot attend on that date, you can ask for a full refund before the new date.

Payment debited but seat not confirmed

If money was debited but you did not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, write to us. We will either confirm your seat or refund the full amount. If you were charged twice for the same seat, the extra payment is refunded in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email 10x@accelerating.in from the email address you registered with, and include your Razorpay payment ID (it is in your confirmation email).

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
